Chlorine and mineral oil free biodegradable high performance neat cutting fluid
Varcut 10106 is a low viscosity chlorine free neat cutting oil formulated using state of the art additive technology and synthetic biodegradable base oils for high performance machining. The products combination of viscosity, excellent lubricity and high performance saturated esters provides maximum flushing action and superior surface finish that does not leave sticky residues.
Varcut 10106 is designed for the machining of medium to high tensile steels including stainless steel, aluminium alloys and yellow metals, deep hole drilling and boring, form and gear grinding. Due to the outstanding cooling and flushing properties of this grade the formulation is excellent for high speed sliding head machines and through tool lubrication.
Varcut 10106 neat cutting fluid is based on renewable resources with rapid biodegradability. Due to the careful selection of raw materials Varcut 10106 has greater operator acceptability due to reduced skin irritation, low-misting and reduced workshop pollution than conventional mineral based fluids.
