What is Toll Blending

Toll blending, also known as contract blending, is a manufacturing arrangement in which a company outsources the production and blending of their products to a third-party facility. In this arrangement, the owner of the product, often a brand or a company, provides the formulation and specifications to the toll blender, who then carries out the manufacturing process on their behalf.

Toll blending allows companies to leverage the expertise, equipment, and facilities of a specialised blending facility without having to invest in their own manufacturing capabilities.
