Extreme pressure low viscosity neat oil for broaching and heavy duty machining
VARCUT 1108 is a neat cutting oil designed for heavy duty vertical broaching operations. It may be used for other metal cutting operations where a combination of low viscosity and good Extreme Pressure properties is required.
VARCUT 1108 is formulated to a low viscosity and contains high levels of Extreme Pressure additives making it particularly suited to applications such as vertical broaching of alloy steel and plain hole and spline broaching of forged automotive transmission components.
