High performance low viscosity lapping, honing and neat grinding oil
Varcut 3056 is a low viscosity neat oil designed for honing and lapping of all metals. The combination of its low viscosity and high performance additives provide maximum flushing action and superior surface finish.
Varcut 3056 is based on low viscosity base oils and an advanced additive system that allows good separation and settlement of fines especially low density metals like aluminium and titanium during the lapping or grinding operation.
Varcut 3056 is also suitable for light machining operations on cast iron, aluminium, zinc alloys and all white metals. This low viscosity grade is also suitable for deep hole drilling and boring operations on cast iron and aluminium alloys.
