Additive package to boost EP performance of neat cutting oils
Varcut EP ADDITIVE has been developed for use as a post-fill addition to machine tools utilising neat cutting oils to increase EP performance. It is also recommended for use with neat oil drawing compounds where there is a need to enhance performance to achieve satisfactory results on more arduous draws.
Varcut EP ADDITIVE may also be used as supplied for heavy duty operations such as tapping
Varcut EP ADDITIVE contains moderately active sulphur and chlorinated EP additives in a highly refined mineral oil base.
Varcut EP ADDITIVE is designed to boost performance when added to a neat cutting oil allowing the existing oil to perform more arduous operations. It is also suitable for extending the operating life of existing oil fills by restoring additive levels, which are likely to have been depleted when an oil has been in service for an extended period.
Varcut EP ADDITIVE may NOT be suitable for use on yellow metals such as brass and copper
