How To Make a Request
Submit your request through our contact page and include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The right you want to exercise.
- Details of the data or interaction you are referring to.
Identity Verification
To protect personal data, we may request proof of identity before processing a request.
Response Times
We aim to respond within one calendar month. If a request is complex or there are multiple requests, this period may be extended where permitted by law.
Exemptions
In certain cases, legal exemptions may apply. If we cannot fulfil part of a request, we will explain why.
